常見問題

沒有命中，是不是代表很安全？
不是。沒有偵測到，不代表沒有：裝置可能關機、已和主人手機配對而保持安靜、不在簽章庫中，或距離太遠。

命中代表有人在錄影或追蹤我嗎？
命中只代表裝置在場，不代表正在錄音、錄影或追蹤。請用肉眼確認；若擔心人身安全，請聯絡警方或專業協助單位，App 的「下一步」會列出你所在地區的管道。

為什麼一直出現我自己的耳機或手錶？
在命中詳情把它加入「我的裝置」。每份報告都會顯示略過了幾個，無法隱藏。

背景追蹤器監看沒有通知？
它需要「永遠」定位、藍牙與通知權限，只涵蓋分離時會廣播的追蹤器品牌；從多工畫面滑掉 App 後會停止。這不是全天候保護。

Sweep Pro 包含什麼？如何取消？
每月訂閱解鎖會議前檢查與無人機監看，其他功能都免費。取消請到 iPhone「設定 > Apple ID > 訂閱」。

FAQ

No matches — does that mean I'm safe?
No. Nothing found does not mean nothing is there: a device may be off, paired with its owner's phone and quiet, missing from the catalog, or too far away.

Does a match mean someone is recording or tracking me?
A match only means the device is present, not that it is recording or tracking. Check with your own eyes; if you are worried about your safety, contact the police or a support organization. “Next steps” in the app lists the channels for your region.

My own earphones or watch keep showing up.
Add them to My devices from the match details. Every report shows how many were skipped; this cannot be hidden.

The background tracker watch never notified me.
It needs “Always” location, Bluetooth and notifications, covers only tracker brands that broadcast while separated, and stops when the app is swiped away. It is not round-the-clock protection.

What is in Sweep Pro, and how do I cancel?
A monthly subscription unlocks the Pre-meeting check and Drone watch; everything else is free. Cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

検出がなければ安全ですか？
いいえ。検出されなくても、存在しないとは限りません。機器の電源が切れている、持ち主の iPhone とペアリングされて発信していない、シグネチャに含まれていない、距離が遠い、などの可能性があります。

検出は、誰かが録画や追跡をしているという意味ですか？
検出は機器がその場にあることを示すだけで、録音・録画・追跡中であることは示しません。目視で確認し、身の安全が心配な場合は警察や支援機関に相談してください。アプリの「次のステップ」で地域の窓口を確認できます。

自分のイヤホンや腕時計が毎回表示されます。
検出の詳細から「自分の機器」に追加してください。各レポートにはスキップした件数が必ず表示されます。

バックグラウンドでのトラッカー監視から通知が来ません。
位置情報「常に」、Bluetooth、通知の許可が必要で、持ち主から離れた状態で発信するブランドのみが対象です。マルチタスク画面でアプリを終了すると停止します。終日の保護ではありません。

月額サブスクリプションで会議前チェックとドローン監視が使えます。そのほかの機能はすべて無料です。解約は iPhone の「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から行えます。
