Sweep（以下稱「本 App」）在你的裝置上掃描附近的藍牙廣播與區域網路，比對可能在場的追蹤器、錄音裝置、智慧眼鏡、無人機與攝影機。本 App 沒有帳號系統，開發者沒有自己的伺服器，也不使用任何第三方分析或廣告工具。開發者不收集你的任何個人資料。

在你裝置上處理與保存的資料

• 巡檢結果、報告、證據日誌、我的裝置、監看清單與設定：只存在你的裝置上，刪除 App 即刪除。
• 巡檢地點：只在你允許定位時記錄，用於報告（可隱藏）與判斷同一個裝置是否在不同地點出現。
• 背景追蹤器監看（開啟時）：記錄粗略位置與追蹤器的廣播特徵，保留 7 天，只存在裝置上，不同步。
• 行事曆（開啟會議前提醒時）：只讀取會議開始時間，不修改、不上傳。
• 相機（鏡頭反光檢查、AR 無人機定位）：影像即時處理，不儲存、不上傳；只有你主動拍攝的照片會存在你的裝置。
• 白話解說：使用 Apple 裝置上的語言模型，在裝置上產生。

本 App 會連線的對象

• GitHub：下載公開的簽章檔與下一步指引（不送出任何裝置或巡檢資料；GitHub 會如一般網站般看到你的 IP 位址）。
• Apple 地圖：只在你同意使用地圖後，載入你檢視區域的地圖圖資。
• 你自己的 iCloud（開啟同步時）：自訂簽章、監看清單與我的裝置存在你的 CloudKit 私有資料庫，開發者無法存取。
• 區域網路：入住與會議檢查時，在你目前的 Wi-Fi 網段探測攝影機服務；只送出不需帳號密碼的標準請求，不離開該網段。
• Apple App Store：訂閱的購買與驗證由 Apple 處理，開發者不會取得你的付款資料。

Sweep (“the app”) scans the Bluetooth broadcasts and the local network around you, on your device, to show which trackers, recorders, smart glasses, drones and cameras may be present. There is no account, the developer runs no server of its own, and the app uses no third-party analytics or advertising. The developer does not collect any of your personal data.

Data processed and kept on your device

• Sweep results, reports, the evidence log, My devices, the watchlist and settings stay on your device and are deleted with the app.
• Sweep location: recorded only if you allow location, for reports (can be hidden) and to tell whether the same device appears in different places.
• Background tracker watch (when on): coarse locations and tracker broadcast features, kept for 7 days on the device only and never synced.
• Calendar (when meeting reminders are on): only meeting start times are read; nothing is changed or uploaded.
• Camera (lens reflection check, AR drone locating): images are processed live, not stored or uploaded. Only photos you take yourself are saved, on your device.
• Plain-language explanations are generated on the device with Apple's on-device language model.

What the app connects to

• GitHub, to download the public signature file and next-steps guidance. No device or sweep data is sent; like any website, GitHub sees your IP address.
• Apple Maps, only after you agree to use maps, to load map imagery for the area you view.
• Your own iCloud (when sync is on): custom signatures, the watchlist and My devices are stored in your private CloudKit database, which the developer cannot access.
• Your local network, during check-in and meeting checks, to look for camera services on your current Wi-Fi subnet, with standard password-free requests only and never beyond that subnet.
• Apple's App Store handles subscription purchases; the developer never receives your payment details.

Sharing

PDF reports and export files are sent only to whomever you choose in the system share sheet.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.

Sweep（以下「本アプリ」）は、周囲の Bluetooth の発信とローカルネットワークを端末上でスキャンし、トラッカー、録音デバイス、スマートグラス、ドローン、カメラがその場にある可能性を表示します。アカウントはなく、開発者は独自のサーバーを運用せず、第三者の分析・広告ツールも使用しません。開発者はお客様の個人データを一切収集しません。

端末内で処理・保存されるデータ

• スキャン結果、レポート、証拠ログ、自分の機器、ウォッチリスト、設定は端末内にのみ保存され、アプリの削除とともに消去されます。
• スキャン場所：位置情報を許可した場合のみ記録し、レポート（非表示可）と、同じ機器が別の場所に現れたかの判断に使います。
• バックグラウンドでのトラッカー監視（オン時）：おおまかな位置とトラッカーの発信の特徴を端末内にのみ 7 日間保存し、同期しません。
• カレンダー（会議前の通知がオンのとき）：会議の開始時刻だけを読み取り、変更・送信しません。
• カメラ（レンズ反射チェック、AR でのドローン位置表示）：映像はその場で処理し、保存・送信しません。ご自身で撮影した写真のみ端末に保存されます。
• わかりやすい解説は、Apple の端末内言語モデルで端末上で生成します。

本アプリの通信先

• GitHub：公開シグネチャファイルと次のステップの案内をダウンロードします。端末やスキャンのデータは送信しません（一般的なウェブサイトと同様に IP アドレスは GitHub に伝わります）。
• Apple マップ：地図の利用に同意した場合のみ、表示する地域の地図画像を読み込みます。
• お客様自身の iCloud（同期オン時）：カスタムシグネチャ、ウォッチリスト、自分の機器を CloudKit のプライベートデータベースに保存します。開発者はアクセスできません。
• ローカルネットワーク：宿泊先・会議前チェックで、接続中の Wi-Fi サブネット内のカメラサービスを確認します。パスワード不要の標準的なリクエストのみで、サブネットの外には出ません。
• Apple App Store：サブスクリプションの購入は Apple が処理し、開発者が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。

共有

PDF レポートと書き出しファイルは、システムの共有シートで選んだ相手にのみ送られます。

子ども

本アプリは子どもを対象としておらず、誰の個人データも収集しません。
